As professional beekeepers our bees are the most important part of our business, without hardworking, hardy and easy to handle bees we could not produce our fabulous honey. 

We may not have "fancy" pedigrees (though some of our current queen bees can be traced back to the founding stock in the 1980s) but what we do have is productive  bees that suit our area and the way we work are not "swarmy" and are pleasant  to work with. 

Every year we select our "best" queens that have demonstrated the characteristics we are looking for over the previous few seasons to breed the next generation of queens .
