By keeping our bees in areas that offer them a unique mix of flowers to forage on we are able to produce a range of honey that captures the particular flavours of that time and place.
To ensure that the unique, delicate flavours of each honey are not lost during processing it is only gently warmed and undergoes minimal filtering before being jarred.

Produced from the early spring blossoms from hedgerows, fruit blossom and oilseed rape, this honey is sweet and spreadable, the ideal honey for toast.

In summer our bees are busy working a wide variety of summer blossoms in woods, fields and hedgerows. This produces a a great tasting runny honey that is ideal for drizzling into porridge for a taste of summer any time of the year.

We are privileged to keep some of our hives in Sherwood forest. In late summer this provides them with a unique heathland flora to work that produces a honey with a gorgeous multi layered flavour with hints of heather, rosebay willow herb and bramble.

Some of our bees are lucky enough to live on a flower farm that as well as producing stunning blooms for many high street florists and supermarkets also has acres of wild flower conservation cover crops and fruit trees. This rich floral mix produces a light honey full of delicate flavours.

In mid summer some of our bees travel down to the Fens for pollination. While on the fens they produce a distinctive honey with an almost "zingy" after taste. A really unique flavour and popular with those looking for something a little different.

In late summer and early autumn some of our bees visit the North Yorkshire Moors. Here they work the heather covered hills to produce a rich full flavoured honey. This has been described as the single malt of honey and it is certainly one for the honey connoisseur

Our bees on the outskirts of Lincoln produce this sweet firm, almost white honey in early spring. Delicious, sweet and spreadable and produce within sight (and flying distance) of Lincoln Cathedral.

This is all the delicious flavour of our heather honey, but exactly as the bees made it, straight from the hive and still in the honey comb. Enjoys this smothered on hot toast, cut into chunks with fruit or as an ideal accompaniment with cheese or charcuterie.
